What's the best odds comparison app?

I'm looking for an app that will compare odds from all the major online sportsbooks. I've already got an accounts with 5 different bookmakers so I'd like to be able to view and contrast the odds from just those 5 if I want to.

The app would obviously need to update in realtime and would ideally allow me to keep track of the live in-running markets also.

    Thanks

The only one I have tried is Betrescue. It's not the best designed app I've ever used but it gets the jobs done. You get real time odds from the participating bookmakers so there shouldn't be any problem betting live in-play. My main criticism with the app was that it only featured a handfull of bookmakers. I think the full list was William Hill, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and Boylesport. My mobile bookmaker of choice is Bet365 so I stopped using it in the end. I can see it being useful for the upcoming European Championships so I might give it a go again next month.

You could try oddschecker on your smartphone. They have a mobile site for droids that operates exactly like an app. You can use it to compare odds and get results from horse racing, football, golf, tennis, cricket, american football, basketball, baseball, olympics etc.

I've always used the Bet2go mobile site and found it pretty good. The odds update in real-time and the best part is you only have to register once. Having to fill in all the applications forms and deposit money with individual bookmakers is a pain but the Bet2Go mobile site does all that for you. They are partners with most of the big UK and European online sportsbooks like Ladbrokes, Blue Square, Paddy Power, Sky Bet, William Hill, and Boyle Sports so you generally do gets the best odds on any given sporting event.

I don't think they work with any of the U.S. friendly mobile bookmakers.

Dude you obviously haven't used any of the odds comparisons sites like Oddschecker or Bet2Go. If you use those apps you can make a whole lot more out of every win. Every now and then one bookmaker gives wildly better odds than another. With these apps you can spot the discrepancies at a glance and pounce. I've made a lot of additional money over the past couple of years by having these apps on my phone ;)

i really need to start using these comparison apps to maximize my winning. i have my favorite sportsbook that I use to bet on all NFL, NBA and NHL games regardless of the odds they offer. i don't win that often so when I do I really need to make sure I take the bookies to the cleaners.

For horse racing odds comparison I generally use the RaceGuru app for iOS and Android http://www.gambling-guru.com/raceguruapp/

It lets you compared the UK betting odds and keep an eye on odds fluctuations. It also has a form guide so you don't need to leave the app if you want to pick and winner. Racing results also appears within seconds of the race finishing.

Is there much of a difference in horse racing prices these days? I notice most of the major UK and Irish bookmakers like Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and William Hill all guarantee the best starting price so is there really a need for price comparison apps for horse races?

Footballcoupon.co.uk is good if you want to compare coupon odds for the biggest bookies so you get the maximum back on your football accumulator.
