Fans of PKR's 3D will be glad to hear that the online poker room is moving to the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN). This is welcome news for players at PKR who have been complaining about a decreasing player pool for sometime. Here is why we think the move to Microgaming will be beneficial for Android and iPhone poker players.
    • PKR players will enjoy greater liquidity and can compete in tournaments with bigger prizes.
    • PKR players will have a great selection of ring games to join.
    • A browser based poker client will be available that can be played on any type of Android, Windows Phone or iPhone device.
    • iOS users from any country (apart from the US) can now play using the "Instant Play" poker app.
    • $8 million in casino jackpots and $4 million in poker tournament prizes to be won every month.
    • PKR will be offering a much improved player loyalty scheme.

PKR have now completed their migration over to the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN). PKR players can now benefit from playing at a much larger player pool while still retaining their revolutionary 3D poker software.

this is good news. i really like the software but they had lost a lot of traffic over the past couple of years so it wasn't that enjoyable to play there. i'm glad they've joined a larger poker network.

I'm going to download the app and give PKR another try seeing as they've lowered their fees at lower stakes cash tables and tournaments.

I love the 3D graphics but it will eat your phone battery :(

They also have a two dimensional version that is not quiet as battery intensive.

Isn't the whole point of playing at PKR the fact that they have unique 3D software. Seems kinds pointless to play their in 2D.

When are they going to develop a HTML5 client that I can play in my phone? The native iOS app is not available in every country.
