Looking for a good casino app for United States players?

    Anyone know of a decent mobile casino that accepts players from the U.S.? It needs to be for cash games obviously.

    Hi Rosemary

    Unfortunately there are very few option open to mobile casino players in the United States. At the moment I think that the only mobile casino that welcomes U.S. players is Slotland. Slotland's games can be playing on Androids, iPhones and iPads.

    This is sure to change in the near future so please check our Android Casinos section regularly for updates.

    UPDATE 2: A new U.S. real money mobile casino called Bovada.lv just launched that offers an even wider range of casino games, such as Dueces Wild, Caribbean Stud, Texas Hold'em, 3 card poker as well as all the usual slots and table games. Besides iPhone and Android, they're also Nokia Lumia (Windows Phone) and BlackBerry Z10 compatible.

    Cheers Jamie. I'll give Slotland a try. Are they just a mobile slots casino or do they offer other games like Blackjack, Roulette or Video Poker also?

    No problem Rosemary. Unfortunately, as the name suggests, Slotland is just a mobile slots casino. It doesn't offer any other type of casino games at the moment. It is only a matter of time before some online casinos begin to offer a range of real-money casino apps to U.S. players so visit our Android Casinos section regularly. As soon as more Android casino games become available we'll add them to our list.

    Can I make a deposit busing a regular Visa or Mastercard if I'm living in the United States. I've applied for Neteller and Skrill debit cards but they don't accept U.S. gamblers.

    According to their website Drake accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Cash and Quick Cash so you should have no problems making a deposit.

    Do Drake offer an apk file that I can install on my Google Nexus 5? HTML5 versions are OK, but I still prefer to install an app on my Droid.

    Hi Toby, no unfortunately the only U.S. friendly casino apps available at present are all web apps that are played from the Chrome or Safari browser. Initially his is a far more cost effective way to develop new apps because they will be compatible with the broadest range of devices. If they developed an an APK Android version then this would not work on Blackberry's, Windows Phone or Nokia handsets or tablets. I'm sure in time these USA mobile casinos will also develop native versions.

    It's interesting to see that the new mobile casino supports Windows devices like the Nokia Lumia 1520 and Nokia Lumia 925 yet there is no support for the Blackberry Z10. Does anyone know if it will work on a touchscreen Blackberry touchscreen smartphhone.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a BlackBerry Z10 to test Drake US Casino but since it is a browser based mobile casino we expect that it would also work on a touchscreen BlackBerry.

    We would recommend that you sign-up and try playing some of the slots, roulette or blackjack games in Play-For-Free mode first before you deposit any money.

    We'd also like to draw your attention to this brand new U.S. friendly mobile casino that works on any smartphone with an internet connection and a touchscreen.

    Yes, Carbon USA Mobile Casino are a U.S. friendly casino that is also a poker room. Poker players in the United States can play No Limit or Fixed Limit Hold'em games, turbo "Fast Fold" poker and even Sit & Go tournaments on any type of tablet or smartphone.

    The Carbon Poker app is pretty awesome for anyone living in the USA. I've used it to play both ring games and tournaments on my Galaxy Tab and it works great. I've also tested it on a Windows Phone Nokia Lumia tablet and it played really well on that too.

    I like the fact that they continually add new games to their mobile casino too. This month they've added Casino Hold'em, Hight Stakes Blackjack and bunch of new slots games.

    i've been using carbon a lot recently for sports betting and poker because they seem to have the best clearance rate for u.s. credit cards. most deposits go through instantly regardless of whether i'm using my american express or mastercard.

    If you're looking for a licensed and regulated US friendly mobile casino that also accepts Bitcoin then I'm afraid you are out of luck at the moment. We're sure that this will change in the future when the crypto-currenty becomes more widely used and the price stabilises.

    You may be able to find some Bitcoin only casinos but there is no guaranteed that your money will be safe there.
