A number of high profile internet bookmakers like William Hill and Ladbrokes have released sports betting software for the Apple Watch. I'd prefer to buy an Android smartwatch like the Relog LG or GE Pulsera but I'm afraid there wont' be any cool software for it. Does anyone know if I will be able to run sportsbook apps from any of these Droid watches?
At the moment we are not aware of any sports betting apps for Android smart watches. I guess it's easier for internet sportsbooks to develop gambling software for Apple Watch OS because there is only one set of dimensions. All the Android watches have different display sizes so it would be a huge amount of work to test them on each watch.
Microgaming, who are one of the biggest mobile gaming companies in the world, have developed a slots game for the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 called the Dark Night Rises. While many Android smartwatch owners would probably prefer a sports betting app, I think this is a good start as a proof of concept. It's only a matter of time before William Hill or Ladbrokes also develop an app for Android watches.
i'm surprised that no one has released real money gambling apps for the apple watch yet. i though there would be lots of apple watch slots and blackjack apps by now.
I've seen a couple of people wearing the Apple Watch but I've never seen anyone with an Android smartwatch. Do they even exist? I'm not surprised that online sportsbooks and casinos haven't been spending money developing software for them.
