It's hard to give a definitive answer to that. Bitcoin-exclusive sportsbooks tend to have lower overheads so quiet often the odds are better but not always. If variety of bet types is important to you then someone like Bovada is probably a better option.
In my experience NFL betting lines are frequently better at Nitrogen Sports.
