Are there any mobile casino sites that accept Bitcoin for instant deposits and withdrawals. I'm currently living in the United States so it would be easier for me to gamble for real money if I could use Bitcoins rather than my Bank Of America credit card. I'd prefer to use an established and well known online casino that's fully licensed and regulated. Ideally it should work on my Samsung Note but I also have an iPad so any recommendations for iOS casino apps are welcome too.

There are a number of small online casinos that accept Bitcoin at present. The problem is that none of them are fully licensed or regulated so there is no guarantee that they're completely legit. There is also the possibility that they could close at any time and take your Bitcoin with them.

For anyone looking for a US facing mobile casinos that lets you deposit quickly and easily, we'd recommend either of these...

Bovada/Bodog Casino - Works on any phone and welcomes real money casino, poker or sports players. Bodog have been around for over a decade and have earned an excellent for security and fairness in that time. http://www.androidbettingapps.com/bovada-united-state-friendly-mobile-casino.html

Carbon Casino - Carbon are better known for their US facing poker room that has become one of the biggest mobile poker networks in the US following the withdrawal of PokerStars and Full Tilt. Their mobile casino software is equally as good and works on every tablet or phone running iOS or Android http://www.androidbettingapps.com/carbon-usa-iphone-and-android-casino-games.html

I think the bitcoin gambling boom is only beginning. I've played at lots of bitcoin casinos and never had a problem although I was always careful never to leave too big a player balance at any bitcoin site. The Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act only makes it illegal for US banks to process gambling payments. This makes Bitcoin a useful loophole for anyone living in the US who wants to gamble online as the crypto-currenty isn't a US financial insitituion so it doesn't fall under the legislation.

Bitcoin casinos have improved immeasurably over the past year. They now offer advanced features like live dealers and some of them are even fully licensed and regulated.

more and more mobile casinos are adding sports betting and poker software too. pretty soon they're going be to just as advanced as the bodog's and ladbrokes of the world.

The technology behind bitcoin gambling sites isn't the problem anymore. It's easy access to bitcoin. Buying bitcoin is still a little tricky with PayPal and major credit cards so for a lot of gamblers it's just not worth the hassle.

I've seen bitcoin ATM's in various locations in the U.S. over the past year. Is it possible to feed these machines dollars to fund your bitcoin account?

Yes. Even if you don't have a bitcoin account these ATM machines will create one for you. They will print out a receipt at the end that will contain the public key (username) and private key (password) that you can enter into a bitcoin wallet at a later date.

If you live in the USA then the easiest way to buy bitcoin is using Coinbase or Circle. Both online wallets make it really easy to buy bitcoin providing you have a US bank account.

i buy my bitcoin at coinbase and it's super straight forward. since they're licensed and regulated in the United States i wouldn't recommend you use their wallet for gambling though as they may shut it down. once you've bought your bitcoin for gambling just transfer them to a wallet like mycelium or breadwallet.

If you're not a United States citizen can you use Coinbase as a bitcoin gambling wallet? I live in the UK where gambling is legal so shouldn't Coinbase allow me to use my bitcoin wallet for gambling if I wish since I'm not breaking any laws.

It doesn't matter where you live. Coinbase DOES NOT allow any of their customers to use their wallet for gambling purposes. Even if you live in the UK, Ireland or Australia, they will still close your account.

Circle definitely monitors their players to make sure they are not directly funding their gambling accounts from Circle. Xapo is also regulated and does not allow online gambling either but I have never heard of anyone getting their accounts shut-down because they used it to send or receive bitcoin from a gambling site.

fortunejack are my favourite bitcoin casino because they accept more than 1 crypto-currency. you can also fund your account with litecoin, monero, dash, dogecoin and a bunch of others.
